Our projects
Al-Wafi Residence — Al-Tajiyat, Baghdad, Iraq
Sections is providing project management for the Al-Wafi Residence — a 3,776-unit complex of 28 four-storey duplex buildings (built using Insulated Concrete Forms) and 17 twenty-floor towers, including two landmark triangular towers and 15 Y-shaped towers designed to give every home a green outlook.
Al-Sultan Housing Complex — Najaf, Iraq
Sections is developing a 500,000 m² site in the holy city of Najaf into a modern complex of 1,081 villas across six designs, alongside four schools, a health centre, a shopping area, a police station and a sports centre — including all infrastructure and road works from scratch, under the supervision of the Al-Najaf Investment Commission.
Kensington Prime Hotel — Kensington, London, UK
In the heart of Kensington, we renovated and changed the use of a House of Multiple Occupation into a 19-room boutique hotel — re-structuring the building, adding a lift, and completing all electrical, plumbing and servicing works, plus rear offices and a breakfast area built to the highest standard.
Samad Al-Iraqi Restaurant — Kensington, London, UK
Working closely with Samad Al-Iraqi Restaurant, we planned and built their new Kensington branch — reconfiguring the interior layout, adding a service lift for orders, and carrying out mechanical works including enlarged ducting and fresh-air ventilation to the basement kitchen.
Residential Housing — Hertfordshire, UK
Sections played a central role in a complex of residential houses, taking responsibility for all concrete works on the main buildings’ foundation structures, applying the latest high-specification construction methods throughout.
Road & Footpath Works — Barking, London, UK
Sections has delivered numerous road and footpath paving projects, using the latest paving and asphalt technology to create long-lasting roads and pedestrian walkways — a field attracting growing global demand.
External & Decorative Works — Chiswick Park, London, UK
Finishing is one of the most important parts of any build for Sections — the final touches that reflect the quality we deliver. On this project we were entrusted with all external fascia (building façade) works.
Wealdstone Police Station — Harrow, London, UK
The conversion of the historic Wealdstone Police Station at 74 High Street into 6–10 residential units and 4 commercial units — a sensitive scheme that preserves the building’s traditional design and its chimney, part of the London Community Heritage.
Weighing Stations — Southern Iraq
To protect Iraq’s southern road networks from damage caused by overloaded vehicles, Sections built 21 weighing stations across five provinces. The work combined civil construction with the supply and installation of weighing instruments, road-safety features and road furniture, plus a UK-based training programme for the client’s future operators.
